    TAP2GO again

I travelled WBY to KNG via WIM using TAP2GO with a SNR loaded. SWR charged me a travel card cost of £19.30, I think it should be £10.90 or even £7.65 I touched in at WBY and out at KNG and again touched in at KNG and out at WBY. The gateline at KNG opened for exit and re-entry An off peak...

TAP2GO - Some readers not working at WBY

SWR updated their app recently, and said I had to create a new password and re enrol any payment cards that I did back in March. I'm worried what happens if a board a train but the card hasn't been validated. I have tried this with a travel card on a smartcard that I haven't touched in and the...

A question about digital railcards and smartcards that automatically deduct the railcard at the journey end.

This is the Branding https://www.itso.org.uk/ 1752482508 This is a continuous travel authority a touch in/out type card. Other than the reader saying "journey started" or "Journey ended" during travel I don't any feeling that I have a valid ticket like I would with a paper one. As I said...

A question about digital railcards and smartcards that automatically deduct the railcard at the journey end.

Thanks all Most of the time when travelling by rail I carry my phone, a backup phone and various smartcards, contactless bank cards, a powerbank, leads and a bottle of water, hand sanitizer, latex gloves, folding walking stick and far too much stuff.
