Yeah that's what I was told on the day as well so it is really disappointing that there was a benchmark for the tests this was not made clear at all.

It's all a bit confusing to he honest from what I understood it was not a pass or fail which would mean we should all be invited to the next stage but then again it all feels a bit wierd where no one seems to know what's going on including the guys there on the day Like u said good luck to us

I dont think there is any results as such since is not a pass or a fail. it's just so they know where u are in this subjects so they know what they can focus on on your apprenticeship if you get the job

Yeah I got that as well I guess it's to be expected the recruitment is for 2020 its just the lack of information on the stages is a bit frustrating

Hello all got my first assesment for the train manager role at paddington in a few days any tips would be greatly appreciated
