Thanks all. I just tipped the scales with the reading and have never done it since. I did do a re-hab course, which reduced the 1 year ban to 9 months. (doing the re-hab course also made me exempt from jury service several years ago) - every cloud and all that... Thanks for all the responses.

Hi all, I was banned from driving for 1 year for drink driving. This was 7 years ago. Would this effect my chances of getting a job as a train driving? Would different companies view it differently... Thanks for any advice..
