I have applied for Arriva trains Wales, not heard anything back yet by post, email or phone, but the website does say they are in the process of shortlisting.

so does it work the same that it may work out that days off would coincide with Christmas, or have you found you have been able to have time with family even if its not every year?

that sounds very good indeed, I suppose its just that the days that are worked can be quite long.
