    Ticketing changes to Southern franchise?

    That was the whole purpose of the "Rail-air" services when they were introduced. It was 100% successful in removing airline passengers from domestic services. Then somebody had the idea of calling them Gatwick Express and charging a premium fare. Result, as you see, air passengers again...
