How long have you been in the pool. Way it was described to me sounded as if the two courses were filled and you went in pool youd be in the next course

Psychometrics in may course in june I was told so its pretty tight on time. He said there was also a couse in sept and then of course the pool :)

Im officially confused.com I had an initial interview with northern and the dm said if you pass this its the phyc tests then medical then offer ?? Then again my mind was spinning at three times normal speed so I could have misheard :)

Is it only tell me a time type questions or do they test your knowledge of the company. There is no mention of company questions at this stage in the supplied info so I presume that is at the second after tests interview. Ta

thanks mate I'm just looking at finances should I be lucky enough to get on a course. Although wages are a big drop in training its not much difference on my take home as my pension and union contributions are so high in my current job.
