Your Swedish qualification will likely not count for anything in the UK. However, your chances of getting work as a driver may be easier in Sweden. Good luck whatever you decide.
Hard luck mate, keep trying. OPC are the people to contact to find out what you passed and to what standard, i.e standard or enhanced. If you call them and let them know what you want to know it will take them a couple of months to get back to you, but they do eventually!
Coming from a professional mental health background, I would say two questions that you need to think about are:
Have you fully dealt with your historical mental health, i.e. extensive counselling for underlying issues?
Are you now in a place where you can safely say - "that will never happen...
