    Super Off-Peak Day Return from Thameslink TOD not available

    Try next time setting the time off travel. Sometimes it then allows you to add your rail card on. Also with the key card it is mainly used by people who travel during peak hours. Emails have been sent to try and get the super off peak correct ticket price applied

    ITSO Issues at London St. Pancras Thameslink

    It would be easier to get your ticket to London Thameslink. Instead off just at pancras. It covers you for a few stations. There has been issues with ITSO cards working on zone stations. But try next time London Thameslink instead.
