GWR Train Driver talent pool

Hi everyone, I’ve applied for the GWT Bristol pool and passed the SJT (1st online assessment). Can anyone tell me what the 2nd test is? I don’t like surprises! It’s hard to find info relating to GWT specifically! Cheers
