There is a proposed high speed line linking Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. If this is to be built though is anyone's guess... And most likely won't be in the lifetime of these sets, sadly.

I've had a Britrail pass 3 times now and travel on a British passport. I've only been asked once for proof of residency in Australia and that was at Oxford. I produced a photocopy of my residency at this time... So going from this it should be ok for you to show one - As long as their names...

Hi all, Am just curious about this, how often would you say LU recruits for trainee drivers? Been watching there site for some time, but haven't seen anything. Being a train driver is something I've always wanted to do since I've been little. :) Matt

I too have never had any problems at Banbury. As for the platforms, I usually stand at either end of plat 2 or 3. Both will allow for decent photo's etc. :D

This will sound stupid to most, but I'm not sure on this. Not that I have got accepted into anything, I would just like to know for future reference etc. :) What would be the most suitable thing to wear if you get accepted and have to do all the assessments? A suit and tie?
