    Yeah, 4 day week, some committed Sundays, 5 days off every three weeks. Start and finish times are all over the place. But don't fear, it's the railway, a different world, relax and enjoy it.

    Week of lates, week of earliest. Rest days monTues, wed Thurs, Fri sat. So every third week Fri, sat, sun, mom, Tues off.

    Hi All, Just a quick question. I can understand the Group Bourdon test for drivers, but why do they expect conductors to take the test? It seems a different skill set (dealing with difficult situations and a variety of different people) would be more important? Any ideas?
