Panic over! Thanks for the advice, i went to first great western website and found i could log in and my details came up. i'm new to this! thanks again.

Help! i lost my ticket email

Hi, can someone please advise me on what to do, i purchased my advance train tickes 3 weeks ago and was sent the numbers i need to type into the machien in the ticket hall at the station, but my computer crashed and i have now lost thows emails! I'm traveling tomorrow and have less than 24...

We are aware of an issue with emails from the Forum to Microsoft-based email accounts (hotmail/outlook/live.com email addresses). This is being looked into currently, thanks for your patience meanwhile.
