Cheers for info mate, I could possibly take a drop in wages from what i am doing now but a big pay cut won't be sustainable. I wasn't sure if there was any other train preparation duties other than loading them and yes it's at Doncaster.

I have been an offered an interview for the above position, does anybody have any knowledge of what exactly this position entails and the salary expectations?

Do any toc's foc's allow relocation for positions? The only vacancies I have applied for you have to live within 45-60 minutes of the location applied for? Any info will be appreciated.

Oh I saw my end of test time I just didn't see the time limit that was placed upon the assessment

I am currently contemplating applying for a train cleaner position with the thought process of moving onto conductor or maybe driver, im just wondering if anyone has any experience of moving up in the rail industry as I would be taking a big pay cut to do this. Any answers will be appreciated.
