Just to give you a more detailed timetable of the diversion as planned.RTT

A two hourly service will be in operation for the journey before terminating at Taunton for bus transfer to Exeter ( transfer time I believe 75mins) although the 11.03 1C78 is being diverted at Yeovil Pen Mill/Yeovil Junc, Chard S/B,Honiton,Axminster and Exeter St and arriving at Newton Abbott...

The 1c78 ( 21/02) 11.03 PAD - PLY is a HST ( confirm through GWR) and is being diverted via Yeovil Pen Mill/Yeovil Junction,Chard S/B,Axminster,Honiton & Exeter St.Davids finally arriving at Newton Abbott @ 14.44. Sorry, but I am not sure of the timings for Plymouth as I am only going as far as NTA

Have booked the 1C78 11.03 from PAD to NTA on the 21/02 and these are the details that I got back from RTT http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/C54298/2019/02/21/advanced. Hope this will give you some idea.I have been told by GWR that it is a HST.

Could anyone tell me where 1C78 Headcode 1105 originates or is the 11.03 PAD to PYM its first service of the day ?

I hope that this is what you wanted.I have made a booking/eservation on this service on the 21/02 from PAD 11.03 to NTA 14.44

and with regard to the HST are there any seating plans.I do have one, but it dates to December 2016 on the GWR Website

So its still an HST at the moment, but I suppose that could change.Why I asked is because I read on RTT that 1C78 would be a HST until March, but then read that the IEP had pass test to go through divertion ( Yeovil Junction - Axminster) and was told it will be iep

Has the 11.03 PAD - PYM been switched to IEP yet or still HST ? Will be travelling on 21st Feb

I have booked a seat on the 1C78 PAD via Yeovil ( 21/02)and its booked as a HST, but not sure as could change on the day and from what I have read, the IET can now do the route.I am hoping its a HST myself.
