South West Trains aggressive ticket inspector

I took the train from Fulwell station to Waterloo with my two children, aged 7 and 5. I didnt realise that SWT dont allow children to travel for free in London (a policy which I think is ridiculous by the way), and didnt have the appropriate ticket. At which point, a revenue collector...
