Just had an email from FCC to say I had been unsuccesful at the Final Interview. To say Im dissapoint is an understatment.

I have my Managers interview next week. I am really nervous now and worried I just wont know enough about the company and so on.

LCC106 so its ok to use other situations apart from the ones on the form? Thats good as I can think of better examples than the ones I put down. Do many people get turnt down at this stage?

Great news, does anyone know what the pass/fail rate is at this stage? is it as tough as the structured interview?

After the Structured interview do you have to wait to recieve the letter letting you know if you made it or failed it?
