Has anybody been given a date for the Phsychometric tests in Doncaster yet for the Leeds post? I attended an interview on 27th April and received an email following day stating tests would be in due course.....but nothing yet.
Congrats on the start date
Out of interest...have you applied for other roles previously ie Driver/conductor?
Do you intend to progress through the ranks?
I am in the process of applying for a Customer Service role with the aim of progressing. It's difficult just to get through the door...
Thanks all.
I understand OPC do Pyschometric tests for guards around ticketing, customer service etc.
I passed stage one assessment for a recent driver role, got all the way to the end of the stage 2 assessment and fluffed my lines on the two hand co-ordination tests!! Too slow by all...
As it says on the tin....
If I fail part of a Driver assessment and lose one of my two lives....can I then still apply for another Rail position e.g Guard within the 6 months of failing a Driver Assessment?
Also....if I try and fail a Guard assessment...that my two lives gone and it's game...
Passed Stage 1 Assessment, have a 'formal interview' next week.
I understand this is a Driver Managers interview......could this possibly incorporate some aspects of the MMI interview?
Could anyone give me the heads up on Career Progression within NR?
If for example someone entered at Operative level ( track / signalling maintenance), are there prospects for internal progression and what would be a likely next step up following a maintenance role?
