    I've been in the talent pool since June 2016. Started the process November 2015. Seems to be just a waiting game, accepted that we'll be waiting a while yet

    I've been in the talent pool since June, hear all sorts of rumours about courses etc. My advice would be take it all with a pinch of salt and when you get the nod appreciate the fortunate position you'll be in. Good luck all!
