Yes, both vehicles feel quite cramped but the Interdeck you feel especially squished in. You sit very low, effectively on the floor and quite far back and combined with the height of the dashboard the view is quite narrow, and is very bad for steaming up. You can't see the reversing lights in...
I think the cascaded coaches were Elite B9's from Kent, unsure what the plan for them is now or when the NX contracts down there finish. I thought they were destined for Rennies.

I think 2 batches were initially due, Some tri axle and others of the single axle variety which were earmarked for Dunfermline but this appears to have changed. I thought all new Volvo coaches were either B8/11 with the B13 being discontinued with the introduction of Euro 6?

2 new 17 plate Volvo 400MMC deckers delivered to Dunfermline depot today. Rumour going around the current short working X59's will extend to Perth instead of the X55. Apparently Leopards are due for the X55 in the Autumn with new 200MMC's for the increased airport service imminent.
