The only time a Metrolink driver has to manually change the points in Piccadilly Gardens is when there is a problem such as no detection. Usually leaves or drink cans prevent the blades from moving so the driver has to use the points bar to clear the gunk out and then move the points over.

Hi It was last week. I felt that I did badly at the interview and driving stage so, (like you were) I too am feeling nervous waiting to find out! Great day though and all the staff who were there did a fantastic job.

Which assessment day was this? I went to one but I'm still waiting on hearing back whether I got the job.

Me. I applied but I haven't heard anything either way. I check the mail every day in hope that I've made an assessment day but I never hear anything. I'm guessing that I didn't make it.
