Agreed, which is one of the problems. I heard only a few Northern drivers were taught by DRS crews, those few then taught other Northern drivers. Surely a bad move on behalf of Northern.

Seems to be a lot of hate here for the 37's, the service in general on these lines seems to be horrendous. Staff structure also seems to be a problem, last time i went for the LH service at Barrow you couldn't get a straight answer as the which platform it was leaving from.. Even the driver who...
