TfL’s public guidance says that services that will run are not expected to start until after 07:30 on Wednesday 22nd April.
Does anyone have an indication of how realistic this is?

The planned re-closure of the footbridge on 22nd February is now postponed to “engage further with relevant stakeholders”.
