GTR Customer Service
I'm about 3 months into working for one of GTR's brands, as a Platform Assistant and in terms of the pay (obviously don't want to go into too much detail) but some would say it's not enough but I personally don't think it's too bad. A thank you to railway staff.
Being platform staff, I've just finished a 9 hour shift which mostly consisted of me (and I'm sure many others too) sweating and being a verbal punch bag lol. It really makes my day when people thank us, so thank you!- Louisj30
