    Will do - one further question. The Penalty Fare Notice says payment should be sent to RPSS, PO Box 89 , Portsmouth, PO1 1EG but then gives the address you provided as the Registered Office. Should I send cheque and appeal to the same place? and should that be the Portsmouth or Newcastle...
