I do hold a full copy of all the female announcements on the system. Listening through I feel that they are leaning towards the computerised voice and not the comfort of a human being. In other news it's good that Nexus are not planning to send 4001/2 for refurbishment.

I've contacted metro and they have confirmed 4001/2 will not be refurbished, Also 2 others for spares.
