    Apparently it’s a “trial” but it’s been working since last week. My dad has also been using it everyday and hasn’t had any issues. I used it on Friday and Sunday and it worked fine

    The 313 seats are certainly a lot more comfortable, especially if going right down to Moorgate, don’t think I’d be able to handle the non-cushioned seats for that long...

    Currently on my first 717 ride. 2100 from HFN, though slightly delayed due to incident at KGC/STP, but nothing to do with the train itself! Much nicer than the 313s, seats will need a bit of getting used to... But the announcements are quite useful to be honest, mainly as I don’t commute much...

    Looks like this was a mistake on my part... The ticket I was shown was palmers green to hfn... not the other way round. Though raises a question of why it costs 50p more to go in a different direction?

    Been having a look at oyster fares from Hertford North and it looks like they have changed a little bit since the single fare finder first included HFN and it looks like some paper tickets are changing ever so slightly. For example a single on oyster from Hertford north to palmers green is £4.50...
