I'm fairly sure those competencies are part of the MOM course. Someone will be able to clarify this I am sure. Yes they get the same enhancements as a Signaller.

Not 100% here but I think it is 0600-1400 1400-2200 and 2200-0600 However "box hours" are more like 0600-1230 1230-2000 and 2000-0600 The whole of the Middlesbrough area is an 8 hour roster though, that I am fairly sure of.

That's the whole point of the verbal reasoning! You may know the answer, but if it isnt in the text in front of you, you "can not say". You need to approach it as though you know nothing other than what the short passage says

If you were on an 8 hour shift but stayed on to make it a 12 would the extra 4 be at an enhanced rate?
