Same here - though I wondered what happened with the full colour LED displays before they were replaced with brilliant white ones in the original B5s, E400Hs and 7900s. If they went back to Mobitec, there must be a large store of them somewhere. A shame!

The Evoras & Evosetis I've been on definitely do feel a step-up. I went on a 17-plate B5LH Evoseti in London a few months back and there were no rattles (with the exception of a poorly replaced panel by the stairs) - compare that to the creaky Enviro400 or rattly Gemini 3!

Trying to count the seats in that video I came to 49 - can anyone confirm? Impressive number by modern 2x2 standards - I can only compare to our 12.6m Tempos which have 46/47.

Do the two parts of Brixton depot count? That'll probably be one of the closest if it does. There's also Uxbridge UX and the outstation UE which are very close.

It is indeed a feature of the Mobitec system. Many ops use Hanover, which does have countdown (including GNE until now) but it's far clunkier and less intuitive in my view. Until now all ops using this have had to request drivers use it when waiting time which can be a little hit-and-miss, but...

Unusual how one has Alcoa wheels, which Lothian seem to be using as standard now, and the other two have steel wheels.

Have long wondered why the 7900 mirror is so bulky - I see the First Berkshire ones on a regular basis and wonder how many they've had to replace! Looks like the cab door arrangement gets in the way of having the mirror by the door, which seems like an unusual design. They're Mobitec displays...

It is possible with buses fitted with next-stop information if connected to the external displays - you can add an 'action' to change the external displays as well as the ever-changing internal ones. I have done this at white bus - our 68 and 69 plates use Mobitec next-stop (same as Transdev)...
