Sorry I can’t comment as I’m a freight Driver and yet to work for any TOC’s

They wouldn’t have filled the roles that quickly as it only recently shut. They probably just need a few Qualified Drivers for a quick fix whilst they train up new Drivers. Like most companies at the moment they probably have a lot of people coming up to retirement.

They have also just advertised for Qualified Drivers

Maybe more people leaving for other companies than expected. Or just lots of people retiring

Will that £54,500 be going to around £62,000 once this pay deal goes through. Also won’t all of the other increments also rise to reflect this

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck recently with emailing HR departments a CV without an actual Qualifed Driver job being live on a company website. It would be good to know if this is even still a thing that can be done.
