I accept the fact that i made a mistake and should have went about it differently, i just want to pay the fee/fine and not get a criminal record. do you think my letter response is good enough to possibly get that outcome?

The letter i received simply states the date and where abouts i was stopped by an inspector and they intent to take me to magistrates court, it does not state any legal reference as to what for. It also came with another sheet which says...
