unfortunately too late. i've asked Scotrail via X and they said similar.. it's like they have know idea how mTickets work. They deactivate and then no bar codes exist. The non bar code option asks for scans of paper tickets... and around I go....

no as they de-activate.

Can anybody offer some help please... the delay repay section of scotrail.com, and specifically mTickets, doesn't appear to offer this option. Either a collection ref, scan of a paper ticket, or a barcode is needed. TIA

It's a publicly published policy change.. not hearsay at all. ALL LNER trains are now pickup/set down only, as per the LNER timetable.

The Full Scottish looks very dry, bland, and uninviting. No beans or fried egg - not sure they've got this right.

Each year LNER (and others) typically do a sale for Jan/Feb.. any inside info on when/if this will be announced for this winter? I'm aware CS have done one.. TIA
