Staff will likely be sitting spare before doing the rest of their booked job. If it is the last part of the job they can go home, as they’ve done what they were booked to do before that part of the job. They won’t be used for anything else.

What about crew hours and personal need breaks? Can you go into a bit more detail as to what you think would work? Are you suggesting taxis from Nottingham to Liverpool and vice versa to get the crews there?
