At LNWR all our backdated pay and overtime were in the next pay run. Payroll will be making 2 sets of pay, one with and one without the pay rise. The last vote went through 8 days before our pay date and the increase and overtime were paid in 8 days later.

As a guard, if my train has more than 3 minutes waiting time on a platform. I will get on the PA and inform the passengers and let them know how long the train will be sat there, this normally happens at Berko or Leighton Buzzard.
