Customer Host (Newbie post - advice appreciated)

Sorry guys just jumping on a bit. I had my face to face interview for customer host in Plymouth 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything. When I emailed last week they said my application was still active and I will find out if I am successful or not. I'm just wondering how long people...
