    The Indian-Pacific is a 14 car train that does a regular route of 4352km across Australia from Sydney to Perth (and vice versa). Might not beat the Moscow-Korea one for length/distance ratio but she does run twice a week. http://www.gsr.com.au/site/indian_pacific.jsp

    Thank you all. The FCC leg is about 10GBP for the 4 of us when it's booked as part of the Eurostar journey and 24GBP with Groupsave4 to London St Pancras Intl on FCC.

    Thank you the tip. I believe you can access a similarly low fare by putting your destination as 'St Pancras International' (STP) in the FCC website.

    Gordon, I hadn't looked at the whole trip on SNCF. I had added Eurostar STP to Lille + TGV Lille to MLV. (Slaps forehead!)
