Mine was in August for the assessment with tests and then a separate day for a group assessment and interview

Conductor Exeter St Davids. I think the inductions vary in length depending on the role.

Katie, I know you don't want to disclose TOC but I'm wondering if I met you at assessment. Was your interview last Tues in the morning?

From what I have found out I think this is a new process here. I've already passed online SJT, telephone interview and assessment day! Congratulations on your new job :)

Thanks for the info! I have an interview on Tuesday with GWR and just got an email to say that the second part of the selection process is a group discussion and flip chart exercise. Nice not to be going in completely blind. They are doing group first and possible competency interview after.

Hi again all, I have now been sent an interview date and the time provided is 8.45 - 13.00 so I am guessing there is some form of group task/assessment before hand. Any one happen to have any insight into what this might entail? I'm guessing if an interview follows this it will be competency...

Any one have any info on this? Shift patterns, salary etc?
