I have a three year railcard. Could they apply a new 930 restriction that came in during the validity of the railcard? Surely you can't change the rules after someone has paid for a product?

The ticket I get never operates the barriers at St Pancras at whatever time in whatever direction. I always have to go through a manned/womanned barrier.
