As mentioned it should have DC running enabled out of the box. You will need to turn your DC controller up higher than normal to give enough juice to power the decoder, let alone move the loco.
For what its worth, the Cavalex 56's don't have printed nameplates on the named ones. Only etched plates for the user to fit themselves (With a template).
I'd assume the 60's will be the same.
Didn't think it was even physically possible for 390/1's to run as anything other than 11 car (and 390/0's to run as anything other than 9 car) due to the layout of the motors and transformers.
Interesting gala (was there on the Saturday) but the timetable seemed to last roughly 2 departures from Kidderminster before falling apart and getting more and more delayed as the day went on.
Think they really got too many locos and guests in for a single track railway.
Also, anyone any clue...
Considering the fairly small size of this country I fail to see why anyone needs to be stuck on a broken train for any longer than 2-3 hours unless its somewhere in the middle of nowhere like the far north line.
