I failed my structured interview...please help??

Can anyone help? I have an assessment day next week in the hope of securing a conductors job, but have a 3 week holiday to America booked in October which has been booked since last November . Will this be a problem! If I'm lucky enough to get the job I would be prepared to take unpaid leave. Thanks
