Thanks for that. Out of interest what region are you in? Do you know why they recruit direct at such grades? Is it that people don't want to move, or that they don't like the ROC concept - they must be very different than a conventional box.... Or are they looking for 'different' types of...

I'm guessing that most of the grades at ROCs are higher grades due to the traffic. Do people 'off the street' have a realistic chance of getting a 7 or a 9 if they are good enough?
