Slightly off topic but in my job I've been trying to add equipment to an EE phone mast on NR land via NR for over 7 years and still no closer having spent over £15k in the process. This is with access off a public highway and only really in a drop zone where NR has any involvement to the works...

Caldicot has already split from GWML where station is GWML is beginning to head down to Severn Tunnel after Severn Tunnel Junction Station and Caldicot heads to Gloucester. Not sure it meets OP's criteria unless I've misread it.

I have today been in loft for old pictures and found one of D1023 at Crewe TMD Open Day from October 12th 1991,it cost me £1.50 to get in. Wow that's a long time ago now.
