DMI done. And now we wait.

I have done the first day at Scotrail in Glasgow - Group Bourdon, etc - and am now nervously waiting on the interview I've been told to get ready for, which is later in the month. Any advice on that is most welcome.

I received an email in the week asking if I was still interested in going forward with my application.

There were 15 of us in that morning. A mixed bag of ages, 12 men, 3 women. Not sure if they did an afternoon session too.

Thanks for the response. Was told within a couple of hours I had passed and to wait for further instructions. Preparing for the Bourdon test was not too bad. I tried the computer version but A - got bad results and B - the test is done on paper so it was a bit pointless. The test centre was...

I was the same, and am in for an assessment on Wednesday, which now feels a lot closer since I've booked the train ticket down to Glasgow.

Having applied last May and not heard a peep, I'm now doing an assessment in Glasgow on Wednesday on GB, TEA-OCC and TRP 1 & 2 on Wednesday. Have been doing the Group Bourdon for a fortnight. Started by getting through 10/11 lines with about 6 omissions per test, but am now down to 9 complete...
