My age is not important, but I have many years experience on trains....and I am an ex serviceman with many years of experience there as well....no one is saying lie in the CBI but if you wana pass it first time round know that others have embellished there stories and passed as many others have...
the reason theres no CBI for bus driver is cos any old tom dick or harry can do it....but me name is not tom dick or harry so i wont.....but get it round ya that the CBI can be cheated with other persons stories, and this has been done and passed and they are good drivers, i know its prob hard...
if you had bothered to read my earlier blogs i said personally i wudnt feel the need to lie in a CBI and i wouldnt....but i know of two good and excellent drivers who passed the CBI with stories that was not there own so it proves my point that you can cheat the CBI with
stories that are not...
remain calm and make logical decisions under pressure isnt about rescuing next door
neighbours cat from the tree!!!.....therefore rescuing 10 people from a burning building IS!!
so there you go!!, needs to be juicy!, and the drivers that i know who have made up stories
to get thro are still...
but my point is in the CBI you can say whatever you want to get thro and it cant be verified.....yes the other tests you cant cheat!!, but the CBI you can!!...and the tests do determine your abilities to train as a train driver so cannot be cheated!....

now theres no rite or wrong answer here but what you say will be scored
on its juiceyness!, ie rescuing 50 people from a burning building is juicy rescuing tabby

having been on train crew for 13yrs i have had many situations like that
the one i used obv wasnt good enuf altho i did recall later after the interview
a rta i was involved in yrs ago that wud prob have been a better example

i have applied as a trainee depot driver with a toc. i got as far
as the struc interview then failed to pass that..
my question is can i apply to a different toc as a trainee driver before the
6months is up or do i have to wait 6 months regardless of any toc

hi i recently passed the driver tests with my toc. albeit i failed the
structered interview!, does anyone know if i can apply with othet tocs
for trainee driver positions without having to take the tests
again, but obv the structered interview will nees to do again....esp as tests
are valid...
