So, I love railway oddities, mostly historical ones, such as Newhaven Marine or 'Charilie' BR's last Shunting Horse for example. Recently I've been thinking how cool it would have been to have seen these things in action. Now I know there is nothing quite as odd as horse powered traction...

Well I think we are all in agreement that Marine is interesting but pointless, and that Town is far more useful as an interchange with the ferries.
So on that logic, Harbour serves no purpose and thus can be closed, and all Newhaven passengers just use the Town stop. Harbour should get pulled...
Disused stations are without a doubt on of my favorite aspects of the rail system in the UK. The reason being I feel the ones that are left extant just look awesome. So if anyone has good pics of disused stations that have just been left to rot I would love to see them.
