Anyone know csa2 wage?

They didn't do the height weight or anything. I wonder if something on one of the forms she filled out. She has previously worked for tfl as a csa but left for personal reasons.

Can anyone tell me what they had to do at the occupational health appointment? Did they check your height weight eyes etc? My friend had hers and was finished within 15mins after answering a few questions she's worried she's failed it on something as it said it will take up to 1.5hrs.
