Standing room only on the odd HSTs arriving from Grantham at Nottingham today. Wondered how Sheffield services to London were.

Don't about new, but there is a Megabus service from Leeds to Nottingham at 2am in the morning. However there is not one the other way!

and still no lift to platform 7.

Heard talk of an hourly East Coast Nottingham to King Cross service come December timetable. Might just be talk though :)

They will be part of the Nottingham security team. No security at Nottingham durring the blockade, so they have been placed at other stations.

Pretty sure you can reserve the wheel chair space only.

The problem with EMT is the cash cow which is megabus. Instead of passengers buying off peak or advance tickets, millions in revenue is lost every year and syphoned in to stagecoaches coffers! Over the network over the year what the government has subsidise has gone to Souters back pocket.

Megabus plus from York sounds good, but the journeys are sometimes too early to connect by train.

First group share price is down by almost 8%. Maybe even the shareholders don't think the sums add up? Stagecoach shares are up slightly.

Could you let me know what EMT ticket restrictions have changed?

Are we allowed to say Scarborough to Whitby? :) About an hour on a bus, 40 mins by car and today by rail 4 hours on average. Before they ripped the line up during the 60's I'm sure the journey was still over 1.5 hours.
