Sightly off-topic but does anyone know what does class 325 interior look like?

    The above plus less stops.

Could Birmingham Snow Hill/Moor Street ever see more Long Distance services?

I'll have to repeat my question, assuming the chord will be built some time in the future, does it include 4 tracking in the section between Moor St and the chord?

Could Birmingham Snow Hill/Moor Street ever see more Long Distance services?

It's going to take a while for the tram to reach Moor St. Plus there are no guarantees TfWM will decide to offer free/low-cost trips between the major stations within the city centre or some variation of that. A painted line on pavement is good enough for this job.

Could Birmingham Snow Hill/Moor Street ever see more Long Distance services?

I think TfWM could paint a line on pavement between Moor St, New St, and Snow Hill to guide passengers transferring between the stations.

Could Birmingham Snow Hill/Moor Street ever see more Long Distance services?

Is the section between Moor St and Camp Hill chord planned to have 4 tracking if the chord gets built?

Wouldn't it be great if Cross-Country took some of the redundant HST's?

To clarify, I've forgotten this thread is all about HSTs. I was actually thinking about other rolling stocks as well, not just limited to HSTs hence I mentioned that it could be either HSTs or other rolling stocks.

Thanks. Why is it unlikely? I mean it's pretty obvious that XC desperately needs more capacity. I would expect bidders to include in the bid to increase capacity in the XC network by leasing HSTs or other rolling stock as a temprory measure until new trains arrive.

What are the disadvantages of bringing on HSTs to increase capacity on XC network other than the cost? I was already under the impression that voyagers in XC network could be "doubled up" to increase the capacity and HSTs could be used to fill in what's missing?

    WMTrains livery and station branding

Are they keeping the yellow at the cab end? I think it clashes with the gold colour quite badly.

Disabled Tanyalee Davis - more rail travel woes.

I'm not sure about Equality Act 2010 position in regards to whether they cover elderly people needing an assistance or not. If they don't cover elderly people, then perhaps some sort of priority system could be used but I reckon it'd make the system more complicated than necessary. To be...

Whether it's a human error or systematic error, Equality Act 2010 does not make a distinction. If TOCs are making too many mistakes due to their system being unreliable, then they should review the system and see what areas they can improve upon.

But then there are also many other cases like it, just that it either goes unreported or it doesn't get in the newspapers.

No fair if the disabled gets more things to go wrong in their life than able-bodied person.
