"Application has generated an exception that could not be handled", PLEASE HELP!

Hi, I'm sure you have heard about this many times before, but i am wondering if you can help me out with this error message. It says: Process id=0x77c (1916), Thread id=0xb50 (2896) I then press cancel and then it goes on about debugging and manually attaching a debugging service...
