They’re being used for spare parts I’ve been told. Such a waste, especially since 43193 and 43197 are younger power cars so must still have some life left in them!

Well I posted the information from WNXX that appeared on this thread on a group on social media and was told in one reply that there were (currently) no plans to send those listed PC back into traffic as working PCs, but they were going to have their power units and cooler groups taken out. :(

Good news if true. Would love to see 43197 back on GWR territory, particularly as my lottery numbers haven’t come up since it went off lease!

I saw them filming in Paddington just before Christmas. Graeme who works in Station Control and featured in the last series was taking a camera crew around the station, so I assume he will be featuring heavily again.

Watched tonight on C4 and E4 just to see what happened after I saw some preview photos - got to admit I didn't notice the 'mistake' where it hit the car twice! Wonder what happened to the train driver? Nobody ever thinks of the poor driver in these situations! Oh and is it just me or does...

Anybody else notice when the paramedic kicked in the window that he kicked it roughly in the middle... When I've seen safety videos you're always told to break it in a corner otherwise the glass will just flex. Following this boot to the window the whole glass fell in... That wouldn't happen...

Does anybody know if TOCs can allow members of the public to visit depots these days for a look around? I know many, like Old Oak Common, used to hold Open Days a long time ago but it seems those days are long gone. Living in Acton, OOC is about a mile from me and I often peer through the...

Anybody know where GBRf's 66714 and 66715 were headed this morning? Saw them on the line in the yard next to AML at about 06:08/06:10 and they appeared to be carrying tracks and possibly ballast as well. Thought they might have been heading Dawlish way?
