On Tuesday I was travelling to London with my wife and 13-month -old baby daughter. I had just picked up my daughter to walk her around a bit after a long time in her buggy when the train lurched at Worting Junction and I fell onto my wife, just managing to keep hold of our daughter.

Does anyone know if any third party retailers sell Train+ discounted tickets? I have some Trainpal discount codes valid in Europe and whilst they support many loyalty/railcard schemes Train+ doesn't seem to be among them

No, not using the SWR website. I have checked LNER, Trainsplit and Uber but it's always several days after the NRE page is updated that tickets for the furthest out week become available on any of those apps/sites.

On balance I think I would be happy to use a ‘homemade’ wallet pass for barriers but probably wouldn’t present it for inspection

On a related note, I have both an Android phone and and iPhone and I've had difficulty with the automatically generated Flixbus tickets that Gmail puts in Google Wallet, with the code not scanning successfully.

I created a pass using my most recent Aztec code but the resulting barcode in Apple Wallet looks different to the one in the pdf
